Marking EDQ's historic milestone with their new legislative powers, this video showcases what Economic Developement Queensland will do to deliver outcomes.

Under the new laws, EDQ is now equipped to deliver 1,300 additional homes, significantly boosting our forecast to 3,700 homes. We'll also approve an additional 15,000 homes in Priority Development Areas (PDAs), doubling our initial forecast to 29,000 homes. This is part of the Government’s $3.1 billion Homes for Queenslanders plan, aiming to ensure every Queenslander has a safe, secure, and affordable home.
